We know you are super excited to sport your new CHMA gear but please understand we are not a full time clothing store but a non-profit charity with a very small staff. This is why it takes us a bit longer to get items out the door sometimes. We are normally about 3-4 business days to get items shipped. If you need something faster please call us, (406) 248-9295 about expedited shipping.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your item has shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start working.
Once we hand your package off to the post office it is out of our control as to how fast it gets to you and the post office is now responsible for it.
If you have questions as to the location of your package or why it hasn’t arrived yet you will need to contact your local post office.
We are NOT responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address.
Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location.
You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for the shipping cost to get it to you.
If you feel you have entered the wrong address please contact us immediately at info@chasehawks.com.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer.
We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.
LOCAL PICKUP OPTION
If you would like to make arrangements for a local pickup of your items please contact info@chasehawks.com to make arrangements ahead of time.
Returns
All our clothing is CINCH brand, so please keep that in mind when ordering. While we are happy to exchange, we are not able to cover shipping.
Please contact us either by email or phone in regard to any exchanges. Because we are not a true retail store and all our items are one of a kind, it may not be possible to exchange items for different sizes. We will to our best to accommodate and get you the perfect CHMA gear in the perfect size if we can!
Because of our unique line of clothing, once items are sold out they are gone for good.
Returns are for credit only, NO REFUNDS.
