THIS IS A GREAT EVENING OF FUN TO BENEFIT FAMILIES IN CRISIS!
Four hundred showed up for the first dinner/dance in 1995 and it’s been pretty much a full house ever since. The Billings Hotel & Convention Center is the host of the event and this year the Gatherin’ is Friday, the 16th of December. This is a great opportunity to meet some of the best rodeo contestants and personnel in the world.
It will be a great night of fun. Whether you came to see old friends, meet new ones, try your luck in the Calcutta or bid on a special live auction item; this is your party. Many of the tables hold the sponsors who make our events possible. They also provide the tables for our contestants and personnel.
The no-host cocktails open at 4:30 pm. Dinner is served at 6:15 pm, the program, auction, and Calcutta at 8:00 pm. This is a night that showcases the fine people that support our events and the community of neighbors helping neighbors in the cowboy tradition.
